GranEnergia has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System, known as the Sustainability and Quality Program (PSQ), which follows the principles of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Act in pursuit of continuous improvement).
GranEnergia is also committed to the principle of risk-based thinking. By taking a risk-based approach, GranEnergia has a proactive stand, preventing or reducing undesired effects and promoting continual improvement.
