We are pleased and proud to announce that GranEnergia has been recommended for the renewal of its ISO 37001 certification, which refers to our Anti-Bribery Management System.

GranEnergia has just released the updated version of its Code of Ethics and Conduct, reaffirming its commitment to integrity, transparency, and respect in all corporate relationships.

On December 4, 2024, GranEnergia held its 1st Compliance Day, under the theme “Integrity Starts With Me”. The event took place simultaneously at the Macaé Base and aboard the offshore units Olympia, Venus, and Polaris, with the participation of members from Gran Services.

On November 27, 2024, GranEnergia held its 2nd Compliance Meeting for Suppliers, a remote event that brought together representatives from approximately 30 partner companies. The meeting reinforced the company’s commitment to ethics, transparency, and compliance across its value chain.

On November 25, 2024, GranEnergia published its new Gifts and Corporate Concessions Guideline, available in the Ethics and Compliance section of the company’s website. The document consolidates the rules applicable to the offering or acceptance of gifts, hospitality, donations, sponsorships, and any other corporate concessions by the company and its members.

This month, the GC Operações Marítimas consortium, formed by GranEnergia and Camorim, began operating the Sayan Polaris vessel under a contract with Petrobras for integrity activities in the Roncador field.

We are pleased to announce that the UMS Venus has been officially connected to the P-52 platform, marking the beginning of a new project between GranEnergia and Petrobras.

GranEnergia Group reached a transformative milestone with the acquisition of Royal IHC's 50% stake in Gran Services. In 2017, Gran and IHC joined forces to establish Gran Services, a successful partnership resulting in very positive outcomes.

It is a valuable achievement, which reflects the robustness of its Compliance and Anti-bribery Program, the seriousness with which GranEnergia leads with integrity, and how it wants to be seen by society, its clients and business partners.

GranEnergia awarded by Interoil with Platform Job supporting the Total Angola Kaombo-Sul Hook-up and Commissioning project.

Brazil’s GranEnergia has been awarded a 93-day contract by Petrobras to support the P31 and P-50 FPSO maintenance campaign with its DP3 project support Floatel CSS Olympia. The first campaign, P-31 turret-moored FPSO is located in the Albacora field of the Campos Basin offshore Brazil. The FPSO is located in 330m water depth.

Brazil’s GranEnergia has been awarded a contract by Interoil for the provision of project support services in support of Total’s Kaombo Sul hook-up and commissioning project offshore Angola. GranEnergia said earlier this week it had entered into its second Angolan contract.

Gran Services, a joint venture between Brasilian GranInvenstimentos and Royal IHC, has been selected by Equinor as a contractor for the offshore hook-up and commissioning works related to the Peregrino Wellhead Platform C. The contract became effective on 1 January and has a duration of 21 months between planning, mobilisation and execution phases.

Italian offshore contractor Saipem has awarded GranEnergia, a Brazilian offshore project support solutions provider and a subsidiary of GranInvestimentos, a contract for the DP3 compact semi-submersible vessel Venus. GranEnergia said on Thursday that the contract entails the provision of offshore project support services for Total’s Kaombo project offshore Angola.
